Hello there EPSYO students who are joining me for our weekly Theory Thursday meetings via the EPSYO Facebook Page. I will make Facebook Live events for each lesson available each week for you to plan for. And once we have completed a lesson I will make any materials for the upcoming lesson available for download weekly. We have included a button below for you to immediately link to our Facebook Page for these weekly events. As we go through our theory lessons, should you have questions about assignments or require more clarification, you may email me (Dr. Welsch) at james@epsyos.org. Of course, during our Facebook Live sessions, you’ll be able to comment in real time, and I’ll work hard to answer all questions in each lesson.
The materials we are using are handouts and texts I have used through the 8+ years of teaching music theory at the college level. I hope they will be a resource for you as we move forward.
If you should miss a Theory Thursday Lesson, you will be able to search the EPSYO Facebook page for those lessons, which will be saved chronologically in the feed.
I am looking forward to spending time with you weekly and I hope you find the content helpful.
Much Love, Dr. Welsch
